The Globe's Michael Levenson reports that the state may face an additional budget gap this year that may require more nasty cuts.

Semi-related, the Outraged Liberal notes how Twitter has become the new place for campaign attacks.  In particular, she criticizes a silly tweet from a Baker tweeter about the new budget gap.

The Globe's Noah Bierman reports on the Patrick administration's success in repairing bridges in the commonwealth.

WCVB reports more on Representative Stephen Lynch's (D-MA 9) decision to not vote for the healthcare reform bill.  The Globe's Matt Viser has more.  The Herald calls Lynch courageous.  The Globe's Brian Mooney reminds everyone that Lynch's decision isn't all that surprising.

Blue Mass Group's Charley Blandy analyzes Governor Patrick's relations with public unions.

Conor Yunits reports that Patrick's campaign is claiming that the latest job numbers are a sign of his leadership in pulling Massachusetts out of recession.

Yunits also reports that the GOP has set its sights on Tim Cahill with a new attack.

The Globe's David Abel and AP's Steve LeBlanc report that the Mass House of Representatives has unanimously passed the anti-bullying bill.  LeBlanc notes that the House toughened up its language in response to yesterday's complaints that the House version was too weak.

Julie Cohen of the Metro-West Daily News reports that "You're a Good Man, Scott Brown," the musical about Brown's ascension to the Senate, will premiere this Sunday at the Improv Asylum.  I wonder who's playing Conor Yunits, the masked blogger of KennedySeat.com...

Mayor Menino will not waive the height restrictions for Don Chiofaro's waterfront skyscraper, citing a citizen's right to see the harbor, reports the Herald's Thomas Grillo.
