My mistake. All the articles took their time to write about the Governor&#39;s flawless grammar, so that was the context I wrote in.<br /><br />Two points then:<br /><br />1. The questions were submitted before the livechat, as I recall, so there was time for the <em>Herald</em> to edit them for grammar.<br /><br />2.
